Independent Designer Program
If you are an independent interior designer, we hope you will consider us as your primary resource for fine furniture and accessories. You and your clients will enjoy browsing through our city block showroom in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. Plus, you can count on excellent support from our sales and design staff. Red Carpet Delivery Service
Once your furniture has arrived at our warehouse, we will call you to schedule a delivery time that is convenient for you. Your furniture is then uncartoned and goes through a thorough four-step inspection process. It is wrapped in soft blankets, loaded onto our own trucks, and delivered and set up in your home by our own professional delivery staff. Each member of our delivery team promises to be careful and considerate and to treat your furniture and your home as it was their own.
We deliver with our own trucks in an approximate 75 mile radius of our store. If you are not within our standard delivery zone, we will be glad to assist you in finding a reputable in home delivery service that delivers to your area.
Forever Price Guarantee
Whitley Galleries wants to assure you of the best price and value on your furniture purchase. If within 365 days of purchase you find the identical item or group at any other furniture store in North Carolina at a lower delivered price, we'll gladly refund the difference after verifying the price with the other store. Our price guarantee does not apply to closeout, distress sale, discontinued, going out of business, damaged, floor samples, or "as is" pricing. Other factors that are considered but not limited to are delivery charges, payment methods including credit card acceptance, finance offers, manufacturer rebates, and free promotional offers. A small number of manufacturers have a published Minimum Retail Price List (MRP) which dealers are required to adhere to. In the unlikely event that you should find a price that is lower than MRP, we require appropriate written documentation from the other store for manufacturer's approval. This guarantee does not apply to purchases with long term financing. North Carolina sales tax applies to all purchases.
